Well after an exhausting weekend, training clients and performing at Port Elliot with the lovely Sam and Rosanna from the Art of Dance it's back to work this week. There are only 3 weeks left of ActiFit's Aerial Fitness classes before a summer break - so make sure you book in!
Don't worry if you don't have time over the summer to come and hang upside down with us, we have some great courses starting in September including beginner's Pole Gymnastics, beginner's Aerial Hoop and if you not sure what to try you can try them all on the ActiFit Aerial Fitness Camp which starts on Saturday 10th September at 11:30am. Spaces for all classes are limited and are starting to book up already so if you would like to find out more or book these classes then head to the website.
Here at ActiFit HQ we are getting very excited about launching the Personal Training side of the busines.
We are looking forward to finding out your specific training, health and lifestyle goals and have been working closely with Nick at NL Fitness to provide a safe, friendly and motivational training centre. We are also fully mobile and are more than happy to train clients from the comfort of their own home if preferred. If you are interested in finding out a bit more about training with ActiFit please email Vicki: email@example.com. Vicki is a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and Nutrition adviser, she is also going on to do her level 4 and will be able to train GP referrals and clients who suffer with lower back pain.
With personal training you have the added benefit of tailor made programmes that develop and grow as your needs and abilities change. Training times can be arranged to fit around your busy schedule, ensuring that you always fit in your workouts! #noexcuse
If anyone managed to get themselves down to Port Elliot Festival you may have been lucky enough to catch a Pole Dancing Perfomance. Vicki from ActiFit along with Sam and Rosanna from the Art of Dance performed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. It was such lovely weather the girls were able to set up the stage outside and entertain the crowds in the glorious sunshine. "It was an absolute pleasure to be able to perform with Sam and Rosanna and help bring Pole Dancing to such a lovely crowd, showcasing just how much strength and agility is required to perform the more advance tricks, as well as the gymnastic and artistic interpretation of Pole Dancing, we all have very different styles which makes a performance like this a must-see!"
